Terms of service

AiCodrs MMC (“AiCodrs”, “we”, “us”) builds applications, websites, and web applications for clients. These terms are the agreement between you and AiCodrs MMC for that work.

You describe the product. We agree a written scope, a timeline, and a price. We then build that scope. Agents may draft the code. A person at AiCodrs reviews the build before we hand it over. We are responsible for what we deliver.

A polished specification is not required to start a conversation. Work begins when we have agreed the scope and the price in writing.

You give us the information and materials the work needs, and you have the right to give them to us. You reply in reasonable time when we ask for a decision. A delay on your side can move the timeline.

The amount is shown before you pay. A payment on this website is a one-time payment for the agreed work, unless a written scope says otherwise. We do not store your card number. How a price is set, and what it includes, is on the pricing page. A copy of that page is the pricing sheet.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Before a payment is opened, you confirm that you agree to these terms and to the Refund policy. The amount and what it covers are shown on the payment page.

When the agreed fees for a piece of work are paid, you own the product and the source code written for you under that scope. A different arrangement has to be written into the scope before we start.

Tools, libraries, and services made by other people stay under their own licences. We do not transfer those rights. We keep our general methods, and we may build different products for other clients.

We deliver the agreed scope. We do not promise a particular commercial result, ranking, revenue, or number of users. Software depends on third-party services, and those services can change or fail.

Either of us may stop the project by writing to the other. You pay for the work done up to that point. Money already paid is then handled under the Refund policy.

Refunds follow the Refund policy. If you have a complaint about the work or a payment, write to us. We reply within 5 business days, and we aim to resolve the complaint within 15 business days.

We are liable for the work we agree to do. Where the law allows a limit, our liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud.

We handle personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version on this page on the day you pay applies to that payment. A change does not rewrite a scope we have already agreed.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan may hear a dispute about them. If a court sets one sentence aside, the rest of these terms stay in place.
