Refund policy
This policy explains when a payment for software commissioned from AiCodrs can be returned. It is part of the Terms of service.

When you can ask
You may ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment. Write to us with the email used for the payment, the amount, the date, and the reason.
Before the work starts
If we have not started the work covered by that payment, we agree to a full refund.
After the work has started
If the work has started and the agreed scope is not finished, we refund the part of the payment that is not covered by work already done. We will tell you what work was done.
After delivery
If we have delivered the agreed scope, that payment stands. If what we delivered does not match the written scope, we correct it, or we refund the payment for the part that does not match.
Who returns the money
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
A refund is made to the original payment method. Your bank may take extra time to show it.
How quickly we answer
We reply within 5 business days of a refund request or a complaint. We aim to resolve it within 15 business days. The Terms of service explain how to stop a project.
