When you send a brief, we collect your name, email address, organization if you give one, the kind of product, and the message.

When you pay, we collect the email address for the receipt, the amount, and any note you add about what the payment covers.

Our host may keep technical logs, such as the address of the device and the time of a request, so the site can run and be secured.

We use this information to answer the brief, do the agreed work, take and record a payment, and keep the records a company must keep.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

The brief is delivered to our studio inbox by FormSubmit. The website is hosted by Vercel.

Card details are entered into the payment company’s form. We do not receive or store the card number. For orders on this website, that payment company is Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record.

These companies may process the data in countries other than Azerbaijan, including the United States and countries in the European Economic Area. They do that to provide the form, the hosting, or the payment.

This website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. The payment form may set cookies that are needed to take the payment and reduce fraud.

We keep briefs and payment records for the life of the project, and for as long as accounting rules and legal claims require after that. We delete or anonymise them when that period ends, unless the law requires us to keep them.

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You may object to a use that is not required for the contract or the law. You may also complain to the authority that handles personal data in your country.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection apply to your data. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

This website is for people commissioning software. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
